This is a place of peace.   We want both inner peace and outward peace.   Peace on the inside and peace on the outside. 
 
On great way to have peace is to have a deep inner connection with God, the creator of the universe.   A deep call of "O Lord Jesus"  from the deepest part of our being the human spirit, would be one way that would help to bring us peace.

A small song will also help bring us peace.   "The love of God and, the grace of Christ, the fellowship of the holy Spirit.  Be with you.  Be with you all.  Be with you all."   
 
Sing a little song.  
 
Pray a little prayer.   "O Lord Jesus.  I love you today.  Thank you for this day.  Be with me today.  amen"
